1. Please make sure you’re SERIOUSLY WANTED to buy HLS product.
2. Only select the codes with AVAILABLE status only.
3. Fill in the ORDER FORM then SUBMIT.
4. HLS will reply to your order within 24 HOURS.
5. After 24 hours, please CHECK JUNK MAIL, SPAM, TRASH, BOX BE if you don’t receive any mail on your inbox.
6. Sometimes our email may land on those folders.
7. Payment details will be sending through email.
8. Please REPLY WITH THE SAME EMAIL WE SENT YOU FOR PROOF OF PAYMENT AND CHANGES IN ORDERED ITEM.
9. Your order WILL BE RELEASED IF WE DID NOT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS
10. Delivery lead IS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. HLS will try to deliver it earlier at the best available opportunity.
11. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, do worry, it is totally fine. All you need to do is to inform HLS the moment you change your mind.
1. We deliver using POS LAJU to Peninsular & East Malaysia.
2. For International delivery, we will be using POS LAJU or International Register.
3. For Peninsular Malaysia, standard rate is RM 7.00 however it is subject to the total parcel weight. Different charges will apply if the parcel is more than 500 gm. HLS will advise the final postal charges upon order confirmation.
4. For East Malaysia, standard rate is RM 11.00 however it is subject to the total parcel weight. Different charges will apply if the parcel is more than 500 gm. HLS will advise the final postal charges upon order confirmation.
5. For International Delivery, please email email@example.com to get the final postal charges upon order confirmation as different country has different rate.
